PAINTAPETS figurines are SUPPLIED UNPAINTED so our collectors have the opportunity to be creative and personalise a small figurine to look like their own Hamster. We have shown a painted hamster figurine in the photographs (which are not included with the purchase) so you can see how you might like your figurine to look when painted.
PAINTS ARE AVAILABLE TO BUY OR USE YOUR OWN ACRYLIC PAINTS.
IMPORTANT: Our Hamster Unicorn contains small parts and may therefore pose a choking hazard and are NOT suitable for children. The size of our Paintapets are detailed and small and are made for adults to paint (see size above). These are not suitable for children under 10 to paint.
Remember to water down paints to a watercolour consistency and build up in layers for a realistic effect. Layers dry very quickly. little pots of Paints and brushes are available to order (see PAINTS in the menu), or you can use your own paints. Acrylics are suitable.
We only accept returns of a PAINTaPET figurine if it is left in original condition with it's packaging and COMPLETELY UNPAINTED. We will not accept any returns which have been fully or partly painted or for any customer painting related problems.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not keep in damp conditions.
Please keep out of the reach of children under 10.
We package our parcels very carefully and we hope you receive items in good condition. However, if you find that your item is broken or damaged upon arrival, please send photographs of the packaging and of the condition of the piece by email: forever.home.studios@gmail.com
Let us know if you would like either a full refund or a new item sent to you.

The courier service we use is myHermes. We find they represent the best value in terms of safe delivery of our goods and no parcels disappearing in the postal system, as they are all tracked. If you supply your email address upon ordering, we can send you a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
We aim to deliver to you within 8 working days but your item will usually arrive sooner.
