This cute, little figurine is sculpted, by hand using clay, then reproduced and painted by hand. He is heavy in the hand and feels cold like stone.
Stonecast figurines are much more eco friendly than 3D plastic resin prints. I do NOT use computer software or 3d printer to create my sculptures, they are entirely hand sculpted and delivered in printed, paper only, recyclable packaging.
The original sculpture is made by myself, Rachel Mabin and my studio is in the rural Dorset countryside overlooking a field of sheep and a river! Each piece is highly detailed and takes two days to sculpt, sometimes more!
Each ornament is produced and painted in England.
