Our mini pots of paints and our brushes (see photo) are available to buy from the paints and brushes page or you can use your own paints and brushes. (Acrylic craft paints are recommended) Our mini pots are enough to cover your figurine. Leave to fully dry between coats!

We package our parcels very carefully and we hope you receive items in good condition. However, if you find that your item is broken or damaged upon arrival, please send photographs of the packaging and of the condition of the piece by email: forever.home.studios@gmail.com

Let us know if you would like either a full refund or a new item sent to you.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US THROUGH THE POST UNLESS REQUESTED.

The courier service we use is myHermes. We find they represent the best value in terms of safe delivery of our goods and no parcels disappearing in the postal system, as they are all tracked. If you supply your email address upon ordering, we can send you a tracking number so you can track your parcel.

We aim to deliver to you within 8 working days but your item will usually arrive sooner.
